Refund policy

ORDER CHANGE 

– If for any reason you wish to make a change, the products can be returned within 14 days from the date of the first attempt to deliver the order.

-In order to accept the return of the product for exchange, the product must be in perfect condition, unworn & unused (with the tag, thank you card, packaging).
– In the event of a product change, the recipient bears the costs of transport for sending the changed product. The return of the product from the customer to our company is not charged with transport costs (Only for Greece).

MONEY RETURN

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the products can be returned within 14 days from the date of the first delivery attempt of the order.
– The company is not responsible for the return transport costs of your parcel. Shipping costs, if not paid by the customer, are deducted from the final refund amount.  
– In order for the return of the product to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition, unworn & unused (with the tag, thank you card, packaging).
– During the period of sales or offers no refunds are made.
– Refunds are made within 8-10 business days once the returned items are received and checked for condition.
